Miriam Coronel-Ferrer
Prof. Miriam Coronel-Ferrer is a Filipino peace negotiator and the chair of the peace panel of the Government of the Philippines during the time of President Simeon Benigno Aquino III (2010-2016). On behalf of government, she signed the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front. She is the first female chief negotiator in the world to sign a final peace accord with a rebel group. She is also a political science professor at the University of the Philippines (UP). Zulkifli Abdhir (5 January 1966 or 5 October 1966 – 25 January 2015) was a Malaysian who was one of the FBI Most Wanted Terrorists. The American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agency offered a reward for information leading to his capture. He was the maker of bombs delivered for usage to several terrorist groups.
