Minor Mappillai
''Minor Mappillai'' () is a 1996 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed by V. C. Guhunathan. The film stars Ajith Kumar, Ranjith, newcomer Rajkumar, Subhashri and Keerthana, while Srividya, Vadivelu and Vivek appeared in supporting roles. It was released on 28 June 1996. The film was a remake of director's own Telugu film ''Paruvu Prathishta'' (1993). Plot Ramu ( Ajith Kumar) and Moses ( Ranjith) are orphans and small-time crooks. They make a living by cheating people with the help of their sidekicks. One day, they even clashed with the drug smuggler "Challenge" Sankaralingam (Ajay Rathnam). Ajith Kumar
Ajith Kumar (born 1 May 1971) is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Tamil films. To date, he has starred in over 60 films. Bonda Mani
Bonda Mani is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He has worked in comedy and supporting roles in over 270 films. Career Bonda Mani has described that his stage name is derived from his diet of bondas, when he was a struggling actor, and the suffix of his mentor, Goundamani. His original name is Kedheeswaran and he originates from Sri Lanka. While working in Singapore during the 1980s, he became acquainted with director K. Bhagyaraj who visited the country for a show. Pulavar Pulamaipithan (6 October 1935 – 8 September 2021) was an Indian scholar, poet and lyricist who got recognition through the song "Naan yaar nee yaar" which was featured in the Tamil film ''Kudiyirundha Koyil'' in 1968. He briefly served as the presidium chairman of AIADMK from 2002 to 2003, when he resigned citing ill-health. Biography Pulamaipithan was born in Irugur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on 6 October 1935. Vasudevan (15 June 1944 – 20 February 2011), known as Malaysia Vasudevan, was a Malaysian-Indian playback singer and actor in Tamil cinema. Early life Malaysia Vasudevan's parents were from Palakkad. Chattu Nair of Ottappalam and Ammalu of Polpulli, along with their families migrated to British Malaya in search of a livelihood. After a few years, Chattu Nair married Ammalu in an arranged marriage. Vasudevan was born on 15 June 1944 as their eighth and youngest child.
