Minnie Minoprio
Minnie Minoprio (born 4 July 1942) is an English actress, singer and showgirl, mainly active in Italy. Life and career Born Virginia Anne Minoprio in Ware, Hertfordshire, Minoprio after graduating from the Arts Educational School, where she studied acting and singing, debuted at 15 in a stage version of "Cinderella". Two years later moved in Italy where she starred in the revue ''Io e Margherita'', alongside Walter Chiari. At the same time she began a career as a jazz singer, recording a music album of dixieland and collaborating with other musicians; just with a duet with another singer, Fred Bongusto, she obtained in 1971 her major discographic success, the song "Quando mi dici così", which ranked 20 in the Italian hit parade. Ware, Hertfordshire
Ware is a town in Hertfordshire, England close to the county town of Hertford. It is also a civil parishes in England, civil parish in East Hertfordshire district. Location The town lies on the north–south A10 road (Great Britain), A10 road which is partly shared with the east–west A414 road, A414 (for Hertford to the west and Harlow to the east). There is a large Kingsmead Viaduct, viaduct over the River Lee (England), River Lea at Kings Meads. The £3.6m two-mile bypass opened on 17 January 1979.
