The Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries is now the called the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries in the newly formed government of national unity. This ministry was renamed following the formation of Transitional Government of national Unity in 2020. The ministry livestock and fisheries is now the national ministry of the Government of South Sudan. The incumbent minister is Onyeti Adigo Nyikech as per 2022. South Sudan
South Sudan (; din, Paguot Thudän), officially the Republic of South Sudan ( din, Paankɔc Cuëny Thudän), is a landlocked country in East Africa. It is bordered by Ethiopia, Sudan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda and Kenya. Its population was estimated as 12,778,250 in 2019. Hon. Jemma Nunu Kumba (born 1966) is a South Sudanese politician. She is the current Minister of Gender, Child and Social Warfare of South Sudan. She founded the Sudan women Parliamentary Caucus in 2004 at the start of the comprehensive peace agreement. Michael Makuei Lueth is a South Sudanese politician. He is the current Information, Communication, Technology, and Postal Services Minister in the Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity (RTGoNU). He is also the current Government Spokeperson. Lueth hails from Bor, in a payam called Makuac payam and a clan called Koc. He joined the Sudan People's Liberation Army(SPLA) in 1983 to fight for the liberation of South Sudan along with his other comrades. He graduated as a lawyer at the University of Khartoum in 1977 and worked as a legal Counsel and as a Judge. John Luk Jok (died 2 June 2020) was a South Sudanese politician. He was educated at the University of Khartoum from 1974 to 1977, where he earned a law degree. He later graduated from the London School of Economics in 1983. Jok served as Minister of Justice from 10 July 2011 until 12 March 2020, when he was appointed Minister of East African Affairs in the Cabinet of South Sudan. Nadia Arop Dudi Mayom (born 1 January 1971) is a South Sudanese politician who has served in the South Sudan National Legislative Assembly since 2011, representing Koch County as a member of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement.
