The Ministry of Foreign Trade also known as Mincomex, was a national executive ministry of the Government of Colombia in charge of foreign trade issues in order to improve the Economy of Colombia. It was merged with the Ministry of Economic Development to form the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism. Marta Lucía Ramírez Blanco (born 4 July 1954) is a Colombian lawyer and politician who served as Vice President of Colombia from 2018 to 2022. Luis Alfredo Ramos Botero (born April 19, 1948) is a Colombian politician. Most recently, he was the Governor of the Department of Antioquia from 2008 to 2011.
