Toivo Mikael Kivimäki (5 June 1886 – 6 May 1968), ( J.D.), was a Finnish politician of the National Progressive Party who served as the head of the department of civil law at Helsinki University 1931–1956, Prime Minister of Finland 1932–1936, and Finland's Envoy to Berlin 1940–1944. Tyko Henrik Reinikka (10 December 1887 – 18 January 1964) was a Finnish bank director and politician. He served as Minister of Trade and Industry from 31 December 1925 to 13 December 1926, Minister of Finance from 18 August 1929 to 4 July 1930, as Deputy Minister of Finance from 6 March to 7 October 1936 and again from 5 March 1943 to 8 August 1944. Johan (Juho) Emil Sunila (16 August 1875 – 2 October 1936) was a Finnish politician from the Agrarian League, the managing director of the agrarian finance board, and Prime Minister of Finland in two cabinets. He was born in Liminka. After Santeri Alkio had withdrawn from the Parliament of Finland in 1922, Sunila became, in addition to Kyösti Kallio, the second of the Agrarian Party's strong members in the 1920s. Supported by the agrarian-background governor of the province of Viipuri and the President of Finland Lauri Kristian Relander, he supported productive agrarianism, where the attention of politics was concentrated mainly on making agrarianism more effective instead of widespread improvement of the countryside. Väinö Alfred Tanner (; 12 March 1881 – 19 April 1966; surname until 1895 ''Thomasson'') was a leading figure in the Social Democratic Party of Finland, and a pioneer and leader of the cooperative movement in Finland.
