Marcel van der Plank (born 10 March 1951) was the Minister Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands Antilles, until its dissolution in 2010. He was appointed in 2009, and succeeded Paul Comenencia, who stepped down after being appointed Consul General in Rio de Janeiro. Van der Plank was born on 10 March 1951 in Curaçao. Willem Frederik Meinhardt (Wem) Lampe (5 December 1896 – 21 February 1973) was a politician of the Netherlands Antilles. Lampe served as Minister of Justice from 1951 to 1952, and from 1954 to 1955. The Aruban Patriotic Party (Papiamento: ''Partido Patriotico Arubano'', PPA) is a political party in Aruba. It was founded in 1949. Prior to Aruba's independence, it was a supporter of a unified, independent Netherlands Antilles. Efraïn Jonckheer
Efraïn Jonckheer (20 October 1917 – 30 March 1987) was a businessman and politician of the Netherlands Antilles. Jonckheer served as Prime Minister of the Netherlands Antilles from 8 November 1954 until 14 February 1968. He served as Minister Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands Antilles from 1968 until 1971, Ambassador of the Netherlands to Venezuela from 1971 until 1976, and to Costa Rica from 1976 until 1982. As of 2022, Jonckheer was the longest serving Prime Minister in the history of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Biography Jonckheer was born on 20 October 1917 in Curaçao. The Democratic Party ( pap, Partido Democraat, nl, Democratische Partij) is a liberal party in Curaçao founded in 1944. The party has participated in elections for the Estates of the Netherlands Antilles (Curaçao constituency) and the Island Council of Curaçao until the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles in 2010, obtaining a single seat in the island council in 2007. Sylvius Gerard Marie "Boy" Rozendal (4 July 1928 – 10 June 2003) was an Curaçao politician and journalist. He served as Prime Minister of the Netherlands Antilles from 1971 until 1975, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister from 1969 until 1971, and Minister Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands Antilles from 1971 until 1975.
