Millender Center Station
Millender Center station is a Detroit People Mover station in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. It is located inside the Millender Center complex at Level 5. It serves the Courtyard by Marriott hotel and residential apartments. The building is also connected by two separate skywalks to the Renaissance Center and the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. The Detroit People Mover (DPM) is a elevated automated people mover system in Detroit, Michigan, United States. The system operates in a one-way loop on a single track encircling downtown Detroit, using Intermediate Capacity Transit System linear induction motor technology developed by the Urban Transportation Development Corporation. The People Mover is owned and operated by the Detroit Transportation Corporation, an agency of the Detroit city government. Renaissance Center
The Renaissance Center (also known as the GM Renaissance Center and nicknamed the RenCen) is a group of seven connected skyscrapers in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, United States. The Renaissance Center complex is on the Detroit International Riverfront and is owned by General Motors as its world headquarters. The central tower has been the tallest building in Michigan since it was erected in 1977. John Portman was the principal architect for the original design. The first phase consisted of a five-tower rosette rising from a common base. Metromover is a free mass transit automated people mover train system operated by Miami-Dade Transit in Miami, Florida, United States. Metromover serves the Downtown Miami, Brickell, Park West and Arts & Entertainment District neighborhoods. Metromover connects directly with Metrorail at Government Center and Brickell stations. It also connects to Metrobus with dedicated bus loops at Government Center and Adrienne Arsht Center station.
