Millard South High School
Millard South High School is a fully accredited public high school located in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. The school was established in 1970 as Millard High School. It is one of four high schools within the Millard Public School District. Millard South is a member of the Nebraska School Activities Association. Athletic teams are known as the Patriots. The school colors are red, white and blue. Bruce Benedict
Bruce Edwin Benedict (born August 18, 1955) is an American former professional baseball player, coach and scout. He played 12 seasons in Major League Baseball as a catcher for the Atlanta Braves from to . Major League career Benedict attended Millard High School, now Millard South High School, then went on to college at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 5th round of the 1976 Major League Baseball Draft.
