"Milky Way" is a song recorded by South Korean singer BoA from her third studio album, ''Atlantis Princess''. The song was composed, written, and arranged by SM Entertainment songwriter Kenzie. Release history Red Velvet version "Milky Way" is a remake song recorded by South Korean girl group Red Velvet. It was originally recorded and released by soloist BoA on her 2003 Korean single "Double". Re-released and recorded by the group and released as their sixth digital single on August 21, 2020, it marks the first release as a group in 2020, with member Wendy, who was hospitalized after a stage accident. ''Atlantis Princess'' is the third Korean-language studio album by South Korean singer BoA, released on May 30, 2003 by SM Entertainment. Several singles were promoted off the album, including the promotional single "Lights of Seoul", "Atlantis Princess", and "Milky Way", with accompanying music videos produced for the latter two songs. SM Station is a digital music project by South Korean record label SM Entertainment. It undertook to release one digital single every Friday starting from February 3, 2016. The project's first season ended on February 3, 2017, with 52 songs. Its second season began on March 31, 2017, and concluded on April 6, 2018, with a total of 57 songs. History SM Station's purpose was to showcase SM Entertainment's artists and producers, while also including collaborations with artists outside of the label. The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. It is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Founded in 2010.
