Christopher Kimball's Milk Street is a multimedia, instructional food preparation organization created by Christopher Kimball. Christopher Kimball
Christopher Kimball is an American editor, publisher, and radio and TV personality. He is notable as one of the founders of ''America's Test Kitchen'' and ''Cook's Country'' and as the creator of ''Christopher Kimball's Milk Street''. Early life and education Kimball was born and raised in Westchester County, New York, the son of Mary Alice White and Edward Norris Kimball. The family had a cabin in southwestern Vermont. He graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and then Columbia University (1973) with a degree in Primitive Art. Jack Bishop
Jack Bishop is an American celebrity chef and food author whose specialty is Italian cuisine. He is the chief creative officer of ''America's Test Kitchen'' on PBS. Personal life Bishop studied cooking in Florence, Italy. He graduated from Mountain Lakes High School, New Jersey and considers Mountain Lakes his hometown. His mother first taught him to cook at home when he was 12 years old, as she worked late hours and his father was not a very good cook. Sara Moulton (born February 19, 1952) is an American cookbook author and television personality. In an article for ''The New York Times'', Kim Severson described Moulton as "one of the nation’s most enduring recipe writers and cooking teachers...and a dean of food television and magazines".
