The Military Medical Academy (MMA) ( bg, Военномедицинска академия, ВМА) of Sofia is a large complex for medical treatment, as well as education, located in Sofia, Bulgaria. It has several branches and smaller clinics in other cities in the country. It was established in 1891 as a military hospital and was transformed into a Senior Military Medical Institute (Висш военномедицински институт, ВВМИ) in 1960. Triaditsa ( bg, Триадица ) is a district located in the southern parts of Sofia. the population is 65,000. The district has an area of 9,8 km². It includes three neighbourhoods: "Ivan Vazov", "Strelbishte" and "Gotse Delchev". Economy Triaditsa has a prosperous economy. The unemployment is only 3,7% which is more the two times smaller than the national average. There are no manufacturing plants in the territory of the district so the economy relies on services, trade, finance, tourism and administration.
