Miles Vivien Esifi Addison (born 7 January 1989) is an English footballer who plays for side Stratford Town, where he plays as a defender. Club career Derby County Though born in London, Addison moved to Nottingham at the age of three, where he was spotted by scouts from the Derby County youth system when he was playing for Clifton All Whites FC. Addison was handed his first team debut by interim manager Terry Westley, who he had worked closely with in the youth and reserve teams, towards the end of the 2005–06 season, in the 1–1 Championship draw with Hull City on 17 April 2006, where he played in the centreback position alongside side another academy graduate Lewin Nyatanga. Paul Jason Green (born 10 April 1983) is a former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Green spent seven years at Doncaster Rovers, where he played more than 250 matches and earned three promotions in five years (from the non-league to the Football League Championship) as well as winning the Football League Trophy. Paul Jewell (born 28 September 1964) is an English football manager and former player, who was most recently director of football at Swindon Town. Jewell began his playing career with Liverpool, continued at Wigan Athletic and concluded in a ten-year spell with Bradford City, apart from a short loan spell with Grimsby Town. When his playing career ended, he became part of the coaching staff at Bradford City. Jewell was appointed manager in 1998 and took City to the Premier League before resigning and becoming manager of Sheffield Wednesday. William McIntosh Davies (born 31 May 1964) is a Scottish former professional footballer and manager. He won the 2007 Play-offs with Derby County, finished as runners-up in 2005 with Preston North End, and reached the semi-finals in 2006 (Preston), 2010 and 2011 (both with Nottingham Forest).
