Mike Vining

	Mike Vining Mike Vining (born October 26, 1944) is an American retired college basketball coach. He was head men's basketball coach at the University of Louisiana at Monroe from 1981 to 2005. History ULM opened in 1931 as Ouachita Parish Junior College. Three years later it became the Northeast Center of Louisiana State University. In 1936 and 1937, its dean was Stephen A. Caldwell.
