Wonder Woman is a superhero created by the American psychologist and writer William Moulton Marston (pen name: Charles Moulton), and artist Harry G. Peter. Marston's wife, Elizabeth Holloway Marston, Elizabeth, and their life partner, Olive Byrne, are credited as being his inspiration for the character's appearance. Wonder Woman appears in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character is a founding member of the Justice League. Philippus (fictional Character)
Philippus is a fictional character created by DC Comics. She made her first appearance in February 1987 as an Amazon character in the ''Wonder Woman'' comic book. The character was created by writer/artist George Pérez. Philippus made her live action debut on the DC Extended Universe films ''Wonder Woman'', ''Justice League'', and ''Zack Snyder's Justice League'', played by Ann Ogbomo. Mister Mxyzptlk (, ), sometimes called Mxy, is a character who appears in DC Comics' '' Superman'' comic books. He is usually presented as a trickster in the classical mythological sense. Queen Desira is a fictional character who appeared in many Golden Age adventures with Wonder Woman. She is the queen of the planet Venus, and would often seek help from Wonder Woman to defend her planet. Desira empowered Wonder Woman with magnetic hearing, which allowed the queen to transmit messages through Wonder Woman's earrings. Crisis On Infinite Earths
"Crisis on Infinite Earths" is a 1985 American comic book crossover storyline published by DC Comics. The series, written by Marv Wolfman and pencilled by George Pérez, was first serialized as a 12-issue limited series from April 1985 to March 1986. As the main piece of a crossover event, some plot elements were featured in tie-in issues of other publications. Since its initial publication, the series has been reprinted in various formats and editions. The idea for the series stemmed from Wolfman's desire to abandon the DC Multiverse depicted in the company's comics—which he thought was unfriendly to readers—and create a single, unified DC Universe (DCU). Cassandra "Cassie" Sandsmark, also known as Wonder Girl, is a superheroine appearing in DC Comics. She was created by John Byrne and first appeared in ''Wonder Woman'' (vol. 2) #105 (January 1996). The second Wonder Girl, Cassie is a sidekick of the superheroine Wonder Woman and has been featured as a member of the Teen Titans. When Cassie was introduced, she was the daughter of an archaeologist, Dr. Helena Sandsmark, a friend of Wonder Woman's.
