Mike Morris (long Snapper)
Mike Morris (born February 22, 1961) is a former long snapper for the Minnesota Vikings, a former radio host on KFAN in Minneapolis, and Strength and Conditioning Coach for Concordia University (Saint Paul). Playing career Morris was a four-year starter at Northeast Missouri State, and entered the National Football League as an undrafted free agent. He played brief stints for the St. Louis/Phoenix Cardinals, the Kansas City Chiefs, the New England Patriots, the Seattle Seahawks, and the Cleveland Browns before settling in as the long snapper for the Minnesota Vikings, where he played at a high level consistently throughout the 1990s. Broadcasting Following the end of his football career, Morris took over the morning drive time slot on sports radio station KFAN. Morris broadcast using the moniker 'Superstar Mike Morris.' Michael Morris Jr. (born April 22, 2001) is an American football defensive end for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Michigan. College career Morris attended American Heritage School in Florida. He originally committed to Florida State University to play college football before switching to the University of Michigan. Morris played in only one game his first two years at Michigan in 2019 and 2020. In 2021, he appeared in 14 games and made four starts, recording 16 tackles, 0.5 sacks and one interception. He became a full-time starter in 2022. Mike Morris (born July 14, 1983) is an American former professional ice hockey forward. He was drafted in the first round, twenty-seventh overall, of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft by the San Jose Sharks, one of two NHL first round draft choices in history to attend Northeastern University (the other being Jamie Oleksiak). Career Morris was a star player at national prep hockey powerhouse St. Sebastian's, Needham, Massachusetts where he played and won the ISL Championship and the New England Prep school championship. Mike Morris is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2013 provincial election. He represents the electoral district of Prince George-Mackenzie as a member of the British Columbia Liberal Party. Morris has been chair of the Special Committee to Review the Independent Investigations Office, the convener of the Select Standing Committee of Crown Corporations, and has served on other Selected Standing Committees including Finance and Government Services and Public Accounts, along with the Cabinet Committee for Environment and Land Use. Before being elected to the B.C. Legislature on May 14, 2013, Morris had a 32-year career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). He retired in 2005 as the Superintendent for the North District. Faith No More
Faith No More is an American rock band from San Francisco, California, formed in 1979. Before settling on the current name in July 1983, the band performed under the names Sharp Young Men and later Faith No Man. Bassist Billy Gould, keyboardist/rhythm guitarist Roddy Bottum and drummer Mike Bordin are the longest-remaining members of the band, having been involved since its inception. The band underwent several early lineup changes, and some major changes later. The current lineup of Faith No More consists of Gould, Bordin, Bottum, lead guitarist Jon Hudson, and vocalist/lyricist Mike Patton.
