James Lloyd Keffer (born January 20, 1953) is a businessman from Eastland, Texas, who is a former Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives from District 60, which includes Eastland County located east of Abilene, as well as Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Shackelford, Stephens Palo Pinto, and Hood counties. Biography Keffer was born in San Angelo in Tom Green County in West Texas. A lifelong Republican, Keffer is a former Eastland County GOP chairman. Glenn Moss Rogers (born January 24, 1956) is an American veterinarian, rancher and politician. He has represented the 60th District in the Texas House of Representatives since 2021. A member of the Republican Party, Rogers also owns and operates the Holt River Ranch near Graford, Texas. Early life, education, and career Rogers graduated from Graham High School. He then attended Texas A&M University, where he received a BS and then D.V.M. from the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences in 1980. Granbury is a city in and the county seat of Hood County, Texas, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city's population was 10,958, and it is the principal city of the Granbury micropolitan statistical area. Granbury is named after Confederate General Hiram B. Granbury.
