Mike Hollis
Michael Shane Hollis (born May 22, 1972) is most recently an American football placekicker for the Jacksonville Sharks of the National Arena League. He formerly played in the National Football League from 1994-2003, leading the NFL in scoring (1997 season) and becoming the Most Accurate Kicker in NFL History during that time. He signed with the Sharks in 2022 after almost 20 years of retirement. He spent most of his nine-year NFL career with the Jacksonville Jaguars, kicking for the team from and setting several team records. He then played for the Buffalo Bills and New York Giants before initially retiring after an injury in 2003. Kellogg, Idaho
Kellogg is a city in the Silver Valley of Shoshone County, Idaho, United States, in the Idaho Panhandle region. The city lies near the Coeur d'Alene National Forest and about 36 miles (58 km) east-southeast of Coeur d'Alene along Interstate 90. The injured reserve list ( IR list) is a designation used in North American professional sports leagues for athletes who suffer injuries and become unable to play. The exact name of the list varies by league; it is known as "injured reserve" in the National Football League (NFL) and National Hockey League (NHL), the "injured list" in the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the injured list (historically known as the "disabled list") in Major League Baseball (MLB). The National Basketball Association (NBA) does not have a direct analog to an injured reserve list, instead using a more general-purpose "inactive list" that does not require a player to be injured. Injured reserve lists are used because the rules of these leagues allow for only a certain numbers of players on each team's roster.
