Michael Fisher
Michael Ellis Fisher (3 September 1931 – 26 November 2021) was an English physicist, as well as chemist and mathematician, known for his many seminal contributions to statistical physics, including but not restricted to the theory of phase transitions and critical phenomena. He was the Horace White Professor of Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics at Cornell University. Later he moved to the University of Maryland College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences, where he was University System of Maryland Regents Professor, a Distinguished University Professor and Distinguished Scholar-Teacher. Academic background Michael E. Fisher received his BSc from King's College London in 1951, where he also earned a PhD in physics in 1957, studying analogue computing under Donald MacCrimmon MacKay. ''Killers Three'' is an American crime drama film produced in 1968 in film, 1968 by Dick Clark Productions and released by American International Pictures starring Robert Walker (actor, born 1940), Robert Walker Jr., Diane Varsi and Dick Clark. Heart (band)
Heart is an American rock band formed in 1967 in Seattle, Washington, as The Army. Two years later they changed their name to Hocus Pocus. The year following they changed their name to White Heart, and eventually changed the name a final time to Heart, in 1973. By the mid-1970s, original members Roger Fisher (guitar) and Steve Fossen (bass guitar) had been joined by sisters Ann Wilson (lead vocals and flute) and Nancy Wilson (rhythm guitar, vocals), Michael Derosier (drums), and Howard Leese (guitar, keyboards and backing vocals) to form the lineup for the band's initial mid- to late-1970s success period. Michael David Fisher (born 12 December 1950 in Acton) is a fictional character in the BBC sitcom ''Only Fools and Horses''. He was publican of the Nag's Head, the fictional Peckham pub that frequently serves as a setting in the show. Mike was portrayed by Kenneth MacDonald, and appeared in the show from 1983 to 1996. Mike first appeared in ''Only Fools and Horses'' in the episode, '' Who's a Pretty Boy?'', in which Del ingratiated himself with the new landlord by agreeing to a deal which would see Mike accept Del's £2,000 offer to re-decorate the pub, leaving them with £500 apiece and using the remaining £1,000 to pay Brendan O'Shaughnessy. Michael "Mike" J. Fisher (born May 28, 1975 in Naperville, Illinois) is an American radiologist and former college soccer midfielder. Fisher is best known for forgoing a professional soccer career, and went to pusure a medical career. A four-year letterwinner for the Virginia Cavaliers men's soccer program, Fisher earned numerous accolades, including 56 goals. Fisher also won the Hermann Trophy, an annual award for the top college soccer player in the United States, twice, being one of only four players to ever earn an achievement.
