Mike DeBord
Mike DeBord (born February 7, 1956) is an American football coach who was most recently the offensive coordinator at the University of Kansas. He was previously the offensive coordinator of the San Diego Fleet of the Alliance of American Football (AAF), and was the associate head coach and offensive coordinator at Indiana University prior to joining the AAF. DeBord was the head football coach at Central Michigan University from 2000 to 2003, compiling a record of 12–34. He worked as an assistant coach at the University of Michigan for a total of 11 seasons, from 1993 to 1999 and again from 2004 to 2007. He was the offensive coordinator for the Michigan Wolverines football, Michigan Wolverines for five seasons (1997–1999, 2006–2007) including 1997 Michigan Wolverines football team, Michigan's 1997 campaign, in which the team won part of a College football national championships in NCAA Division I FBS, national championship. Muncie ( ) is an incorporated city and the seat of Delaware County, Indiana. Kansas Jayhawks Football
The Kansas Jayhawks football program is the intercollegiate football program of the University of Kansas. 1997 Michigan Wolverines Football Team
The 1997 Michigan Wolverines football team represented the University of Michigan in the 1997 Big Ten Conference football season. In its third year under head coach Lloyd Carr, Michigan compiled a perfect 12–0 record, won the Big Ten Conference championship, defeated Washington State in the 1998 Rose Bowl, and was declared the national champion by the Associated Press. The Wolverines finished second to the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the Coaches Poll, resulting in a split national championship. The Alliance of American Football (AAF) was a professional American football minor league. The AAF consisted of eight centrally owned and operated teams in the southern and western United States, seven of which were located in metropolitan areas with at least one major professional sports franchise. Founded by Charlie Ebersol and Bill Polian in 2018, the AAF began play on February 9, 2019.
