Michael Costanza is an American filmmaker and writer/director. He began his career in the Art Department on feature films at Paramount Pictures, Paramount. He then went on to direct short films and music videos. His short ''Mama Said'' screened at Sundance Film Festival, Sundance and in the Official Selection of films in Competition at The Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for the Palme d'Or award. The Palme d'Or (; en, Golden Palm) is the highest prize awarded at the Cannes Film Festival. It was introduced in 1955 by the festival's organizing committee. Screenlife or computer screen film is a genre of visual storytelling where all the events are shown on a computer, tablet or smartphone screen.
