Mike Anderson (curler)
Michael Anderson (born February 4, 1985) is a Canadian curler from Markham, Ontario. He is a Canadian University champion. Career Anderson is most notable for leading the Laurier Golden Hawks men's curling team to a national university championship in 2008. This qualified the rink to represent Canada at the 2009 Winter Universiade. The team finished in 6th place, with a 4–5 record. Anderson also won the provincial Junior Mixed championship in 2006.http://www.ontcurl.com/competitions/past-champions.aspx?id=445 As of 2012, Anderson has played in three World Curling Tour events, and has yet to win a tournament. Markham, Ontario
Markham () is a city in the Regional Municipality of York, Ontario, Canada. It is approximately northeast of Downtown Toronto. In the 2021 Census, Markham had a population of 338,503, which ranked it the largest in York Region, fourth largest in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and 16th largest in Canada. Danielle Inglis (born February 26, 1988) is a Canadians, Canadian curling, curler from Whitby, Ontario. She currently Skip (curling), skips her own team. Career Juniors As a junior curler, Inglis and her Burlington Curling Club rink of Chantal Lalonde, Tracy O'Leary and Pam Feldkamp won the 2008 Pepsi Ontario Junior Curling Championships, upsetting the Rachel Homan rink in the final. The team represented Ontario at the 2008 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, finishing with a 6-6 record, out of the playoffs. Women's After juniors, Inglis joined the Hollie Nicol rink, playing third.
