The Belarus national handball team is the national handball team of Belarus. In light of the launching of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the European Handball Federation in February 2022 suspended Belarus both in competitions for national teams and on the club level. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team.
