Mihai Țurcan (born 4 October 1941) is a Romanian former football forward. He scored Dinamo Pitești's only goal in the 2–1 loss against Ştiinţa Cluj in the 1965 Cupa României final. The Liga 3, most often spelled as Liga III, is the third level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia C to Liga III before the start of the 2006–07 season.
