Mihai Vlad Silvășan (born 20 January 1985) is a Romanian basketball coach, and former professional player. He is currently the manager of U BT Cluj-Napoca of the Liga Națională, the top tier of Romanian basketball. CS Universitatea Cluj-Napoca is a Romanian professional basketball club based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The club, for sponsorship reason under the name U-Banca Transilvania Cluj-Napoca, competes in the Liga Națională. The Liga Națională Baschet de Masculin (LNBM) () is the top-tier professional basketball league of Romania. Founded in 1950, the winner of the league is crowned the Romanian national champion. The Romania men's national basketball team ( ro, Echipa națională de baschet a României) represents Romania in international basketball competition. The team is administered by the Romanian Basketball Federation (FRB). Romania has qualified for the EuroBasket 18 times throughout their history. 2015 Eurobasket Qualification
This article describes the qualification procedure for EuroBasket 2015. Qualification format In the first qualifying round, 13 teams which didn't qualify for EuroBasket 2013 have been divided into four groups. The winners of each group advance to the knockout stage, composed by two semifinals and one final series under a home-and-away format.
