Mieczysław Młynarski
Mieczysław Młynarski (born May 17, 1956 in Resko) is a retired Polish professional basketball player, and coach. At a height of 1.99 m (6'6 ") tall, and a weight of 91 kg (200 lbs.), he played at the small forward position, during his playing career. Polish National Basketball Team
The Poland men's national basketball team ( pl, Reprezentacja Polski w koszykówce) represents Poland in international basketball competitions. They are controlled by the Polish Basketball Federation (PZKosz). Poland has competed at the EuroBasket on 28 occasions, with their best performance at the tournament coming in 1963, as hosts, finishing as runners-up. Poland has competed six times at the Olympic Games, with their best finish being fourth place at the first edition of the event in 1936. Promotion And Relegation
In sports leagues, promotion and relegation is a process where teams are transferred between multiple divisions based on their performance for the completed season. Leagues that use promotion and relegation systems are often called open leagues. In a system of promotion and relegation, the best-ranked team(s) in the lower division are ''promoted'' to the higher division for the next season, and the worst-ranked team(s) in the higher division are ''relegated'' to the lower division for the next season. In some leagues, playoffs or qualifying rounds are also used to determine rankings. This process can continue through several levels of divisions, with teams being exchanged between adjacent divisions. Andrzej Adamek (born January 6, 1972, in Wałbrzych, Lower Silesia, Poland) is a Polish basketball coach and former professional basketball player. Early career He began playing basketball in his home town. In 1995–96 he moved to the Polonia Przemyśl. With this team he achieved a Polish vice-championship. In 1998 he came back to Lower Silesia and played in Zepter Idea Śląsk Wrocław. The main reasons why he left ''Polonia Przemyśl'' were their financial problems and worse position in the league. In Wrocław he did not belong to the most important players, he did not stand out. He did not even appear on the bench very often.
