The Michigan–Ohio State women's basketball rivalry is a college basketball rivalry between the Michigan Wolverines and Ohio State Buckeyes women's basketball programs that is part of the larger rivalry between the University of Michigan and Ohio State University. The rivalry between the Wolverines and Buckeyes notably includes football and men's basketball. Michigan Wolverines Women's Basketball
The Michigan Wolverines women's basketball team is the intercollegiate women's basketball program representing the University of Michigan. The school competes in the Big Ten Conference in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). ''The Lantern'' is an independent daily newspaper in Columbus, Ohio, by students at Ohio State University. It is one of the largest campus newspapers in the United States, reaching a circulation of 15,000. Copies of the paper are free and available on campus and throughout Columbus. The 2023 Big Ten women's basketball tournament was held from March 1–5, 2023 at Target Center in Minneapolis. As the tournament winner, Iowa, received the conference's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament.
