	Michel Lacombe Michel Lacombe (born 1973 in Montréal, Québec) is a Canadian comic book artist. Biography Born in Montréal in 1973, Michel Lacombe is the creator of the self-published comics ''One Bloody Year'', a four-episode vampire romance. He illustrated several ''Star Wars'' comics and ''Warrior Nun Areala''. Michel Lacombe has illustrated a couple of issues of Dark Horse's ''Star Wars Tales'' and '' Star Wars: Empire'' comics and ''Green Lantern'' for DC Comics. He was once also active in animation. Currently working on ''The Punisher'', he is also publishing a webcomic, ''Jesus Monkey Pants In Space''. 	Lambiek Galerie Lambiek is a Dutch comic book store and art gallery in Amsterdam, founded on November 8, 1968 by Kees Kousemaker (, – Bussum, ), though since 2007, his son Boris Kousemaker is the current owner. From 1968 to 2015, it was located in the Kerkstraat, but in November 2015, the store moved to the Koningsstraat 27. As of 2018, Lambiek is the oldest comics store in Europe, and the oldest worldwide still in existence. 	Mira Falardeau Mira Falardeau (born 1948) is a French Canadian historian, professor, and author of comic strips (French: ''bande dessinée'', BD). Falardeau has devoted works to Québec animated films, Québec comic strips and caricatures in Québec, focusing on visual humour in all its forms. She taught as a professor of cinema and communication at Laval University and the University of Ottawa. Falardeau has also curated exhibitions in the visual arts and operated a small publishing house. Biography Falardeau graduated with a Master's degree in art history from Laval University in Québec in 1978.
