Michał Łogosz
Michał Andrzej Łogosz (born 23 November 1977) is a Polish badminton player from Litpol-Malow Suwałki club. He was named best sportsman in Płock in 1995. Career Łogosz started playing badminton when he was in primary school, and in 1992, he representing his club at the national league tournament. In 2000, he was selected to join the national team. Łogosz competed in badminton at the 2000 Summer Olympics and in 2004 Summer Olympics, both times in men's doubles with partner Robert Mateusiak. In 2000, they defeated David Bamford and Peter Blackburn of Australia in the first round, but lost in the round of 16 to Simon Archer and Nathan Robertson of United Kingdom. In 2004, they defeated Tri Kush Aryanto and Sigit Budiarto of Indonesia in the first round, before being defeated in the round of 16 by Kim Dong-moon and Ha Tae-kwon of Korea. Płock
Płock (pronounced ) is a city in central Poland, on the Vistula river, in the Masovian Voivodeship. Peter Blackburn (badminton)
Peter Grant Blackburn (born 25 March 1968) is an Australian badminton player who affiliated with the Ballarat Badminton Association. He competed at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics, and collected four bronze medals at the Commonwealth Games. Blackburn graduated from the Ballarat University College with a Diploma in Teaching in 1991. Badminton At The 2012 Summer Olympics
The badminton tournaments at the 2012 Olympic Games in London took place between 28 July and 5 August at Wembley Arena. A total of 172 athletes competed in five events: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles. The women's doubles tournament was marred by several disqualifications during the group stage for unethical play. All of the gold medals were won by players from China. The Chinese team also collected two silvers and one bronze, to top the medal table with eight in total. Denmark finished in second place, with one silver and one bronze won. Ha Tae-kwon (; born 30 April 1975) is a badminton player from South Korea. Born in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, Ha started his career in badminton with the recommendation of Kim Dong-moon in elementary school. He made his international debut in 1992, and won his first Grand Prix title at the 1995 Canada Open. Ha three times competed in Olympic Games in 1996, 2000 and 2004, won a bronze medal in 2000 and a gold medal in 2004. Kim Dong-moon (Hangul: 김동문, Hanja: 金東文; born 22 September 1975) is a retired South Korean badminton player who won major titles between the mid-1990s and the mid-2000s (decade), and widely regarded as one of finest men's doubles and mixed doubles players in badminton history. Kim captured the world attention when he unexpectedly winning the gold medal in the mixed doubles event with Gil Young-ah at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics. Sigit Budiarto (born 24 November 1975) is a male badminton player from Indonesia noted for his reflexes and deft handling of the racket. A men's doubles specialist, he won numerous international titles between 1995 and 2005, most of them in partnership with Candra Wijaya.
