Michal, ( he, מיכל, links=no) was the daughter of King Saul in the Hebrew Bible, wife of King David. Michal
Michal (; he, מיכל , gr, Μιχάλ) was, according to the first Book of Samuel, a princess of the United Kingdom of Israel; the younger daughter of King Saul, she was the first wife of David (), who later became king, first of Judah, then of all Israel. In the Bible identifies Saul's elder daughter as Merab and younger daughter as Michal. Michal's story is recorded in the first Book of Samuel, where it is said in and that Michal loved David. The narrative does not indicate whether this is reciprocated. After David's success in battle against the Philistine giant Goliath, Merab was given in marriage to Adriel. Later, after Merab had married Adriel the Meholathite, Saul invited David to marry Michal. David replied, "I am a poor and lightly esteemed man", meaning that he was unable to provide a bride price. Saul then advised him that no bride price was required except for the foreskins of 100 Philistines. David took part in a further battle, killed 200 Philistines ...

Kristen Michal (born 12 July 1975) is an Estonian politician. member of the Estonian Reform Party, he was the minister of economic affairs and infrastructure in Taavi Rõivas' cabinet between 9 April 2015 and 22 November 2016. Previously, Michal served as the minister of justice from 2011 to 2012. Early life and education Michal was born in Tallinn on 2 July 1975. He studied law at Academy Nord and graduated in 2009. Karel Michal (pen name of Pavel Buksa, 28 December 1932 in Prague - 30 June 1984 in Basel, Switzerland) was a Czech writer. After gymnasium he was not allowed by the regime to study at the university. He worked in several professions and later used this experience in his writings. Later, when the political obstacles were reduced, he started to study medicine at the Charles University in Prague but left it after seven semesters. In 1960 Michal started to write for literary journal '' Plamen'' ("Flame"), in 1961 he published successful collection of short stories. Michale Sean Fee (born November 6, 1964, Pasadena CA) is an American neuroscientist who works on the neural mechanisms of sequence generation and learning. Michale Fee is faculty in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an Investigator in the McGovern Institute for Brain Research. Michal Rozin (, born 25 June 1969) is an Israeli politician who served as a member of the Knesset for Meretz from 2021 until 2022 and also served between 2013 and 2019.
