Michael Proctor (born July 14, 1967), nicknamed "the General", is an American former football quarterback who played three seasons with the Charlotte Rage of the Arena Football League. He was also a member of the Montreal Machine of the World League of American Football (WLAF) and the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The Arena Football League (AFL) was a professional arena football league in the United States.
