Michael O'Shea (born Edward Francis Michael Patrick Joseph O'Shea; March 17, 1906 – December 4, 1973) was known as an American actor who appeared in feature films and later in television and whose career spanned the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. Early life O'Shea was born in Hartford, Connecticut, of Irish descent. He wanted to follow his five brothers into the police force but was not tall enough. He dropped out of school at 12 and began his acting career in vaudeville by touring with boxing idol Jack Johnson's show. Michael O'Shea (musician)
Michael Oliver O'Shea (11 July 1947 – 23 December 1991) was an Irish musician who played a zither-like instrument of his own making, and released a self-titled album in 1982. Biography Born in Newry, the son of a policeman, O'Shea left school at 16 and soon afterwards joined the British Army. He went absent without leave, was court-martialled and jailed, and on his release lived in London where he played harmonica and mixed with folk musicians such as Peggy Seeger. He undertook a wide range of jobs and activities over the years, which by his own account included "barman, waiter, soldier, labourer, packer, wireman, hippie, factory worker, salesman, hobo, manager, leather craftsman, odd job man, clerical worker, reconciliation relief worker, social worker, sculptor, designer, collector, joker, transvestite, inventor, psychonaut, actor, catalyst, community worker, musician, traveller, instrument maker...".

Mike O'Shea (Canadian Football)
Michael O'Shea (born September 21, 1970) is the head coach of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a former Canadian football linebacker and former special teams coordinator of the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL from 2010 to 2013, winning the Grey Cup in 2012. O'Shea played 16 seasons in the CFL for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Toronto Argonauts from 1993 to 2008. He retired second all-time in career tackles with 1,154 and is one of only three players to record over 1,000 tackles. He won the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian Award in 1999 after recording 84 tackles, 13 special teams tackles and three interceptions that year. O'Shea is a three-time Grey Cup champion as a player, having won all three with the Argonauts in 1996, 1997, and 2004. Michael Peter O'Shea (born 4 September 1987) is a Welsh cricketer who has played for Glamorgan and Unicorns. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off spin bowler. He toured India in early 2005 with the England Under-19s, playing three youth Tests and four youth One Day Internationals. O'Shea made his debut in senior cricket in 2005, representing Wales Minor Counties in a Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy match against Nottinghamshire, being dismissed for a golden duck. He made three first-class appearances for Glamorgan later that season, before travelling to Bangladesh to represent England Under-19s in a tri-series against Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. In 2010, O'Shea was selected as one of 21 players to form the first Unicorns squad to take part in the Clydesdale Bank 40 domestic limited overs competition against the regular first-class counties.
