Michael Lindsay-Hogg
Sir Michael Edward Lindsay-Hogg, 5th Baronet (born 5 May 1940) is an American-born television, film, music video, and theatre director. Beginning his career in British television, Lindsay-Hogg became a pioneer in music film production, directing promotional films for the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. Following his work with these bands, he branched out into film and theatre, while still maintaining successful careers in television and music video production. Early life and parentage Michael Lindsay-Hogg was born in New York City in 1940 to actress Geraldine Fitzgerald. He was educated at Trinity School in New York and at Choate School in Connecticut. For most of his early life, he understood that his father was Fitzgerald's husband, Sir Edward Lindsay-Hogg, to whom she was married until 1946. Lindsay-Hogg Baronets
The Hogg, later Lindsay-Hogg Baronetcy, of Rotherfield Hall in Rotherfield in the County of Sussex, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 22 December 1905 for Lindsay Hogg, Conservative Member of Parliament for Eastbourne from 1900 to 1906. He assumed by Royal licence the additional surname of Lindsay before that of Hogg in 1906. He was succeeded by his son William's two sons, Anthony (1908–1968), who became the second baronet on his grandfather's death in 1923, and Edward (1910–1999), who became the fourth baronet in 1987 after the death of his brother Anthony's son William (1930–1987), the third baronet. The fourth baronet married the actress Geraldine Fitzgerald. Their only child, actor-director Michael Lindsay-Hogg, succeeded in 1999. Stuart Scheftel (September 18, 1910 - January 20, 1994) was an American businessman, journalist, politician, and golfer. Early years Born on September 18, 1910, Scheftel was the son of Herbert Scheftel, a partner in J. S. Bache & Co. brokerage house, and Vivian Straus Scheftel. He had no middle name. His grandfather was Isidor Straus, co-founder of R.H. Macy & Company, and Jesse I. Straus, once a U. S. ambassador to France, was his uncle. His father died in 1914, and on July 26, 1917, his mother married George A. Dixon Jr. In accordance with the elder Scheftel's will, her marriage resulted in a transfer of what had been her life interest in his $566,555 estate to Scheftel and his brother, Herbert A. "2000 Light Years from Home" is a song by the English rock band the Rolling Stones, released on their 1967 album ''Their Satanic Majesties Request''. Written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, it also appeared as the B-side to the American single " She's a Rainbow", and charted as a single in Germany. The Who
The Who are an English rock band formed in London in 1964.
