Michael L. Dominguez
Michael Luis Dominguez (born September 4, 1953 in Austin, Texas) retired as the Principal United States Deputy Undersecretary of Defense, Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness within the United States Department of Defense. He has held that position since his confirmation by the United States Senate on July 11, 2006. The 509th Infantry Regiment (previously the 509th Parachute Infantry Regiment) is an airborne infantry regiment of the United States Army.
