Mike Kane
Michael Joseph Patrick Kane (born 9 January 1969) is a British Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Wythenshawe and Sale East since February 2014. He won the seat in the 2014 by-election, which was held following the death of Paul Goggins. Early life Kane is the son of Joseph and Kathleen (née McGirl) Kane, Irish immigrants who migrated separately to Manchester in 1955. He attended St Aidan's Primary School in Northern Moor; he moved on to St Paul's RC High School in Newall Green before studying for his A Levels at Loreto College, Hulme, Manchester. He graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA in Social Sciences in 1997 and a PGCE in 1999. The Gunfighters (1987 Film)
''The Gunfighters'' is a 1987 television Western film, starring Art Hindle and George Kennedy, directed by Clay Borris. Plot Three Everett men, brothers Cole (Art Hindle) and Matt ( Tony Addabbo) and cousin Dutch ( Reiner Schoene), are trying to make a go of their ranch in 1880s Kansas. Cole and Dutch are settled and pacifistic, but Matt is wild, idolizing Billy the Kid and spending his free time honing his gunfighting skills. The three men run afoul of the local cattle baron Deke Turner (George Kennedy), who has gained control of the local bank and has the local sheriff on his payroll, and seeks to acquire the Everett ranch. Matt gets in a dispute over a woman with someone who works for Turner, and kills him in self-defense. Turner schemes to make it appear as murder, and Matt is forced to flee to Texas. Michael Moorcock
Michael John Moorcock (born 18 December 1939) is an English writer, best-known for science fiction and fantasy, who has published a number of well-received literary novels as well as comic thrillers, graphic novels and non-fiction. He has worked as an editor and is also a successful musician. He is best known for his novels about the character Elric of Melniboné, a seminal influence on the field of fantasy since the 1960s and '70s. As editor of the British science fiction magazine ''New Worlds'', from May 1964 until March 1971 and then again from 1976 to 1996, Moorcock fostered the development of the science fiction "New Wave" in the UK and indirectly in the United States, leading to the advent of cyberpunk. His publication of ''Bug Jack Barron'' (1969) by Norman Spinrad as a serial novel was notorious; in Parliament, some British MPs condemned the Arts Council of Great Britain for funding the magazine. Michael Cain
Michael Cain (born April 2, 1966) is a pianist and composer. Biography Cain attended several universities starting with the University of North Texas. Although initially a jazz major, he found that classical music was occupying more of his time and switched to that major. From there he moved to Los Angeles and continued to study classical piano at the University of Southern California, and finally ended up at the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, CA., where he did both undergraduate and graduate work. Cain received a Bachelor's degree in jazz piano in 1988, and a Master's degree in fine arts in 1990. Cain moved to New York in 1990 and began performing with many members of M-Base, a Brooklyn-based collective of musicians, initially with Greg Osby and later with Robin Eubanks and Lonnie Plaxico among others.
