Michael Johnston (born February 22, 1996) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Corey Bryant in the MTV series ''Teen Wolf'' and for his starring role in the indie film ''Slash''. He is also a voice actor for animation and video games. Early life Johnston was born on February 22, 1996. He grew up in Rutherfordton, North Carolina where at the age of 12 he started auditioning for voice-overs in commercials and animation in a recording studio he had set up in his bedroom. After graduating from R-S Central High School early, he moved to Chicago where he studied acting at The Second City. He was only in Chicago for six months before moving to Los Angeles. Michael Johnston (born 16 February 1971) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn and Footscray in the Australian Football League (AFL). A Leongatha recruit, Johnston appeared only sporadically for Hawthorn, his biggest run in the team coming late in the 1992 season when he made four appearances. Michael Christopher Johnston (born November 17, 1974) is an American educator and politician serving as the 46th and current mayor of Denver, Colorado. A member of the Democratic Party, he won the 2023 Denver mayoral election, defeating Kelly Brough in the June 6 runoff election. Johnston first entered politics when he served in the Colorado Senate, representing the 33rd district from 2009 to 2017. He was a candidate for governor of Colorado in 2018, losing in the primary to Jared Polis, who went on to win the general election. Michael Johnston (born 16 December 1987) is a Welsh footballer who is player-manager of Bangor 1876. He plays as a defender. Playing career Michael Johnston began his career in the Tranmere Rovers youth system, and was a member of the Wales under-17 and under-19 teams. He joined Tranmere's reserve squad in 2007, and was loaned to Bangor City that September. After being voted Bangor City's player of the season, he joined them on a free transfer in April 2008. Michael Charles Johnston (born March 30, 1979) is a former baseball player. In 2004, Johnston made the Pirates team out of spring training despite never previously pitching above the AA level. By doing so, Johnston became the second known person with Tourette syndrome to play in Major League Baseball, after Jim Eisenreich. In October 2006, Johnston underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum. That November, he signed a minor league contract with the San Diego Padres. Simon Says is a children's game for three or more players. Mike Johnston (born February 19, 1957) is a Canadian ice hockey coach who currently serves as head coach, vice president and general manager of the Portland Winterhawks of the Western Hockey League. Johnston led the Winterhawks to four consecutive WHL Finals appearances, including a championship in 2013. After six historic seasons in Portland, Johnston was hired as the head coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). Michael Louis Johnston (born July 29, 1945) is an American former politician who served in the Kansas State Senate as a Democrat for 15 years. Johnston was born in Parsons, Kansas, and moved away to attend Pittsburg State University, after which he worked for the Kansas Department of Human Resources (a predecessor to the Kansas Department of Labor). In 1976, he returned to Parsons and challenged the incumbent Senator. Johnston successfully won election in 1976 and served in the Senate from 1977 to 1990, winning re-election in 1980, 1984 and 1988.
