Michael J. McGlynn
Michael J. McGlynn served as the 31st Mayor of Medford, Massachusetts, from 1988–2016. He also served from 1977–1988 as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives representing the 37th Middlesex District ( Medford/ Malden). Education McGlynn graduated from Arlington Catholic High School in 1971. He then attended University of Massachusetts Boston, where he graduated in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in political science/ History. Family life McGlynn is married to Sheila (Halmkin) McGlynn and they have 3 daughters, Kathleen, Jennifer, and Amanda. He is the son of former Medford Mayor & City Councilor John J. McGlynn. Jane Swift
Jane Maria Swift (born February 24, 1965) is an American politician and nonprofit executive who served as the 69th lieutenant governor of Massachusetts from 1999 to 2003 and, concurrently, as acting governor from April 2001 to January 2003.
