Michael Washington Augustis Haynes Jr. (born September 13, 1980) is a former American football defensive end who played five seasons in the National Football League (NFL). Professional career He was selected with the 14th overall pick of the 2003 NFL Draft out of Penn State by the Chicago Bears. Haynes was the first player selected by the Bears with their two first round draft picks in 2003. The Bears used their second first round pick, 22nd overall of the 2003 NFL Draft, to select quarterback Rex Grossman. Following the Bears' trade for Adewale Ogunleye, Haynes struggled to see the field for the remainder of his time in Chicago. Haynes was released from the Bears as part of the 2006 roster cutdown. Michael David Haynes (born December 24, 1965) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the seventh round of the 1988 NFL Draft. He played college football at Northern Arizona after attending Eastern Arizona College. Haynes also played for the New Orleans Saints. Professional career The Atlanta Falcon selected Haynes in the seventh round (166th overall) of the 1988 NFL Draft. Michael James Haynes (born July 1, 1953) is an American former professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Raiders. He used his speed, physicality, quickness and range to become both a premier cornerback and an outstanding punt returner. Haynes was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2000 and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1997. He was also named to the NFL 75th Anniversary All-Time Team in 1994, as well the NFL 100th Anniversary All-Time Team in 2019 for his accomplishments during his 14-year career. He is best known for his appearances with World Championship Wrestling from 1995 to 2000 under the ring name Prince Iaukea and later The Artist Formerly Known as Prince Iaukea or simply The Artist. Hayner made his WCW debut in 1996 and mainly competed as a fan favorite underdog. Michael Haynes is an American sports broadcaster. Until 2018, he was the play-by-play TV broadcaster for the Colorado Avalanche ice hockey team with Altitude Sports and Entertainment. He also called games for the Colorado Mammoth and the Colorado Rapids, as well as hosting Altitude's One-on-One show. Haynes has twice been honored as Denver's Best Sportscaster by Westword magazine.
