Michael G. Summers (born November 19, 1972) is a former state delegate for District 47 in Prince George's County, Maryland, elected in 2010 and then defeated during the 2014 Democratic primary. He was born in and he lived in Cheverly, Maryland. Education Summers graduated from Eastern Guilford High School in Gibsonville, North Carolina. He received his B.A. (history) from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 1997. Jimmy Tarlau
James J. Tarlau (born May 23, 1948) is an American politician from Maryland, a retired union organizer, and a member of the Democratic Party. He was elected to represent District 47A in the Maryland House of Delegates in 2014 and served one term. Background Tarlau was born and raised in New York City. He attended Princeton University, where he worked to "radicalize" the institution. He was suspended for protesting a visit from Nixon's Interior Secretary Wally Hickel in March 1970. He graduated with an A.B. in history the same year after completing a 158-page long senior thesis titled "Postwar Reaction and the Foreign Policy of the American Labor Movement" but the suspension prevented him from participating in graduation ceremonies with his class. Malcolm L. Augustine is a Democratic member of the Maryland Senate from the 47th district. Early life and career Augustine was born in Lafayette, Louisiana on March 10, 1969. He graduated from Pittsford Mendon High School in Pittsford, New York and later attended Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he earned an A.B. degree in government in 1991.
