Michael Buskermolen
Michael Buskermolen (born 2 March 1972) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played for AZ for his entire professional career. Club career He spent all of his sixteen-year career at AZ, initially appearing for first team in the 1990–91 campaign. Buskermolen is also called ''"Mr. AZ"'' for his ultimate faithfulness. A left-sided midfielder, Buskermolen played 399 league games for AZ following his debut and later worked in AZ's youth department. His final appearance was as a substitute in the 5-0 defeat of RBC Roosendaal on February 7, 2006. Personal life Buskermolen has lived almost his entire life in the village of Kudelstaart, where his father grew roses. Leimuiden is a Dutch village in the South Holland municipality of Kaag en Braassem. Leimuiden is located between the Braassemermeer, the Westeinderplassen and the Ringvaart. Kudelstaart
Kudelstaart is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Aalsmeer, and lies about 10 km southeast of Hoofddorp. The village was first mentioned in 1237 as Sconedorpe. The current name is a combination of "fish net" and "long, thin piece of land". Kudelstaart developed around 1200 as a peat excavation settlement. In the 13th century, it was split between Holland and Utrecht. In 1724, the ''heerlijkheid'' was bought by the city of Amsterdam. Geography Kudelstaart lies on the Westeinderplassen, a large complex of lakes. Economy Like in neighbouring Aalsmeer, greenhouse-based agriculture is very important to the local economy.
