Michael Brodie
Michael Brodie (born 10 May 1974 in Manchester, England) is a former professional boxer who fought in the Super Bantamweight and Featherweight divisions. Boxing career Brodie boxed as an amateur before turning professional in October 1994, winning his first fight in Manchester, England, in which Brodie beat Warley Super Bantamweight Graham McGrath with a knockout in the fifth round on a card that included fellow Mancunian's Wahid Fats, Carl Smith and Carl Harney. Brodie won the vacant British super bantamweight title, in March 1997 with ten-round knockout win over Neil Swain at the Wythenshawe Forum in Manchester. The following year Brodie won the Commonwealth Super Bantamweight Title with a win over Brian Carr and later that year Brodie added the European ( EBU) Super Bantamweight Title. Willie Jorrín
Guillermo Jaime Jorrín (born November 12, 1969), known as Willie Jorrín, is a Mexican-American former professional boxer who competed from 1993 to 2003. He held the WBC super bantamweight title from 2000 to 2002. Jorrín was trained by five-time Trainer of the Year Freddie Roach. Amateur career Jorrín holds an amateur win over Wayne McCullough in McCullough's home country of Northern Ireland. Professional career Willie made his professional debut on February 12, 1993, with a first round knockout victory over Esau Diegues. This was the first of three consecutive first round knockout victories for Jorrín. Erik Isaac Morales Elvira (; born September 1, 1976) is a Mexican former professional boxer who competed from 1993 to 2012. He is the first Mexico-born boxer in history to win world titles in four different weight classes, having held the WBC super bantamweight title from 1997 to 2000, the WBC featherweight twice between 2001 and 2003, the unified WBC and IBF super featherweight titles in 2004, and the WBC light welterweight title from 2011 to 2012. Super bantamweight, also known as junior featherweight, is a weight class in professional boxing, contested from and up to . There were attempts by boxing promoters in the 1920s to establish this weight class, but few sanctioning organizations or state athletic commissions would recognize it. Jack Wolf won recognition as champion when he beat Joe Lynch at Madison Square Garden on September 21, 1922, but afterwards the weight division fell into disuse.
