Miguel Ángel Rodríguez (actor)
Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Echeverría (born 9 January 1940) is a Costa Rican economics, economist, lawyer, businessman and politician who served as President (government title), President of Costa Rica from 1998 to 2002. He was minister of planning from 1968 to 1970 and minister of the presidency in 1970 during the administration of Jose Joaquin Trejos Fernandez (1966 - 1970); member of the board of the Costa Rican Central Bank from 1966 to 1969; congressman from 1990 to 1993, serving as president of the Legislative Assembly during the 1991 to 1992 period; and was elected Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) in 2004. He voluntarily stepped down from this post to return to his country to face allegations of financial wrongdoing during his presidential tenure in Costa Rica. On April 27 of 2011 he was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but this ruling was later reversed in a December 2012 decision by an appeals court, which found him innocent of all charges. ... María Elena Velasco Fragoso (17 December 1940 – 1 May 2015) was a Mexican actress, comedian, singer-songwriter and dancer. She is best known for creating and portraying La India María, a comical character based on indigenous Mexican women. ''El coyote emplumado'' (English: ''The Feathered Coyote'') is a 1983 Mexican action comedy film directed by and starring María Elena Velasco. Plot María and her grandfather sells artisan goods in their small town. Martín, María's boyfriend is in jail after beating up someone who was flirting with María. They are in the meantime invited to Acapulco to sell their goods in an international archaeology congress held by CONACULTA and headed by an archaeology expert, Dr. Villegas. Unbeknownst to them, Dr. Villegas brought them over for them to make a clay replica of a special stone coyote, ''El Coyote Emplumado'' (an imitation of Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent). Ariadne Welter (June 29, 1930 – December 13, 1998) was a Mexican movie actress of the Golden Age of Mexican cinema. She appeared in the Luis Buñuel film ''The Criminal Life of Archibaldo de la Cruz'' (1955). In 1956 she starred in the film ''El Vampiro'', a classic among Mexican horror films. Rosa Carmina Riverón Jiménez (born November 19, 1929) is a Cuban-Mexican actress and dancer. She was discovered in Cuba by the Spanish filmmaker Juan Orol, and made her debut in Mexican cinema in Orol's film ''A Woman from the East'' in 1946. She quickly achieved great popularity in the Mexico thanks to her talent, demeanor, and unconventional stature (being very tall for an actresses of the time). For several years, she was part of the film crew of Juan Orol in his best gangster films. Among these are the classic ''Gangsters Versus Cowboys'' (1948), considered one of the best Mexican films and considered a cult film in several film clubs around the world. is a character created by Japanese video game designer Shigeru Miyamoto. He is the title character of the ''Mario'' franchise and the mascot of Japanese video game company Nintendo. Mario has appeared in over 200 video games since his creation.
