The Mexican National Lightweight Championship (''Campeonato Nacional de Peso Ligero'' in Spanish) is a Mexican professional wrestling singles championship created and sanctioned by ''Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F.'' ("the Mexico City Boxing and Wrestling Commission" in Spanish). Although the Commission sanctions the title, it does not promote the events in which the title is defended. As it is a professional wrestling championship, it is not won legitimately; it is instead won via a scripted ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a storyline. Eléctrico (born August 21, 1986) is a Mexican ''Luchador'' '' enmascarado'' or masked professional wrestler who currently works for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). He is a former and the longest reigning Mexican National Lightweight Champion. Eléctrico's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. From 2006 to 2018 Eléctrico worked in CMLL's ''Mini-Estrellas'' division, however that does not mean that Eléctrico has dwarfism as several short wrestlers work in the "Mini" division. Vicente Serrano (born 1973) is a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler, best known under the ring name "Fire", a Mini-Estrella, or "Mini". Since his debut in 1992 Serrano has worked mainly for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), in their Minis division, having held the CMLL World Mini-Estrella Championship in 1995/1996. Serrano has previously worked as ''Mascarita Mágica'' (Spanish for "Little Magic Mask"), a miniature version of the original Máscara Mágica. Mini-Estrella
The term ''Mini-Estrella'' (Spanish for "Mini-Star") is used in lucha libre to describe a division of short professional wrestlers or ''luchadors'', some of whom have dwarfism. The Mexican ''Mini-Estrellas'' is comparable to Midget wrestling practiced around the world, but with the notable exception that some of the ''Mini-Estrellas'' do not have dwarfism but are simply short. Some ''Mini-Estrellas'' have later on moved on to work as regular sized competitors. Mascarita Dorada (Spanish: ''Little Golden Mask''; born February 19, 1982), is the ring name of a Mexican ''Luchador enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler, who works in the ''Mini-Estrella'' division, comparable to midget wrestling. Torneo Cibernetico
A ''torneo cibernetico'' is a multi-man professional wrestling elimination match that was created and primarily used in Mexican ''lucha libre'' professional wrestling promotions, especially in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). The match format sees two teams of varying sizes face off against each other. It uses standard ''lucha libre'' tag team rules with elimination occurring with a pinfall, submission, disqualification and count out and allows a wrestler to enter the match when their tag team partner exits the ring as well as when they tag out. A special 'batting' order system is used in which the wrestlers are given a specific order and may only tag in and out in this order. If two or more men from the same team remain, they must face each other to determine one individual winner.
