Metin Lütfi Baydar
Metin Lütfi Baydar (born March 2, 1960) is a Turkish medical scientist. Currently, he is the president of Süleyman Demirel University. He is also chairman and surgeon general of SDU Research Hospital. Work in Medical Science Baydar's field of research includes Orthopedics, Sport Medicine and Traumatology. Together with his collaborators, he published research studies specifically in knee surgery and mouthguard use in sports. Süleyman Demirel University (SDU) ( tr, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi) is a public university located in Isparta, Turkey. Established in 1992, the university, with around 70.000 students, is the second largest academic institution in Turkey. The European Taekwondo Union (ETU) or World Taekwondo Europe (WTE) is the official governing body for all Taekwondo matters in Europe as a regional organisation of World Taekwondo. It comprises the National Taekwondo Federations of all the European member nations and regulates all Taekwondo matters on a continental basis.
