Messiah Complex (comics)
"X-Men: Messiah Complex" (also known as "Messiah CompleX") is an American comic book crossover storyline published by Marvel Comics from October 2007 to January 2008, which ran through the various X-Men books. The story is the climax of events that began with "House of M", which led to the decimation of mutants in the Marvel Universe, and the first chapter of a three-part saga, which continued in "Messiah War", released in 2009, and culminated in "Second Coming", a crossover between all X-Men titles in early 2010. Marc Silvestri (born March 29, 1958) is an American comic book artist, creator and publisher. He serves as CEO of both Top Cow Productions and Image Comics. Mister Sinister (Nathaniel Essex) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Chris Claremont, the character was first mentioned as the employer behind the team of assassins known as the Marauders (comics), Marauders in ''The Uncanny X-Men'' #212 (December 1986 in comics, 1986), later seen in silhouette in ''The Uncanny X-Men'' #213, with both issues serving as chapters of the 1986 "Mutant Massacre" crossover. A crossover is the placement of two or more otherwise discrete fictional characters, settings, or universes into the context of a single story. American Comic Book
An American comic book is a thin periodical originating in the United States, on average 32 pages, containing comics. While the form originated in 1933, American comic books first gained popularity after the 1938 publication of ''Action Comics'', which included the debut of the superhero Superman. Billy Tan
Billy Tan Mung Khoy, commonly known as Billy Tan, is a Malaysian comic book artist. Early life Billy Tan was born in Malaysia and moved to the United States when he was 18, in 1989 to study business at the University of Kentucky. He began working as a penciler for Image Comics in the 1990s. Career Tan became the regular artist of the Marvel Comics series ''Uncanny X-Men'' in 2006. In 2008, he was invited to draw the '' New Avengers'' issues #41 and 43-44 that tied into the "Secret Invasion" storyline, before being offered to replace Leinil Francis Yu as the new regular artist on the title. Craig Paul Kyle (born November 3, 1971) is an American writer for Marvel Comics. He is best known for his creation of the character X-23. He has also produced several of Marvel's direct-to-DVD animated films and worked on several aspects of the ''Thor'' film series. Life and career Kyle was born in Houston, Texas.
