Meridian Water
Meridian Water is a £6bn, 20-year regeneration programme in Upper Edmonton, in the south-east of the London Borough of Enfield, North London. Led by the council, the project will build 10,000 homes next to the Lee Valley Regional Park. The development has its own railway station which opened in June 2019, replacing Angel Road, connecting to Stratford and London Liverpool Street to the south, and Stansted and Cambridge to the north. Current site The 210-acre site is located in the south of the London Borough of Enfield between Edmonton, Tottenham and Walthamstow. Meridian Water Railway Station
Meridian Water railway station is on the Lea Valley Lines in Edmonton in the London Borough of Enfield, north London. It opened on 3 June 2019. The station is approximately south of the closed Angel Road railway station, which Meridian Water has replaced. Layout The new station has three platforms but passive provision for four has been made; the built platforms are numbered 2–4. Platform 1 remains unbuilt with no track laid, but space has been allowed for when required in the future. It is expected 4 million people will use the station annually. There are steps and lifts giving access to Meridian Way immediately to the east; there is also access to the west, which is to be the location of new housing in the Meridian Water development. In August 2019, it was announced that funding had been approved for construction of a fourth platform and a new section of track between and Meridian Water to enable up to 8 trains per hour to serve the station at peak times. Cambridge Railway Station

Edmonton is a town in north London, England within the London Borough of Enfield, a local government district of Greater London. Liverpool Street station, also known as London Liverpool Street, is a central London railway terminus and connected London Underground station in the north-eastern corner of the City of London, in the ward of Bishopsgate Without. Stansted Airport Railway Station
Stansted Airport railway station is on a branch line off the West Anglia Main Line in the east of England and was opened in 1991 to provide a rail link to London Stansted Airport. It is down the line from London Liverpool Street station, to which a frequent dedicated service called the Stansted Express operates. The short branch line was constructed at a cost of £44 million and opened by British Rail to coincide with the completion of the airport's new terminal building. Upper Edmonton
Upper Edmonton is the southern part of Edmonton, North London within the London Borough of Enfield. The main shopping area of Upper Edmonton on Fore Street is often referred to as "The Angel" by locals in reference to the former Angel public house that was demolished in 1968 to make improvements to the North Circular Road. The area borders Lower Edmonton to the north and Tottenham to the south, and is the location of North Middlesex University Hospital.
