Mental Horror
Mental Horror is a Brazilian brutal death metal band, formed in Porto Alegre, in 1993. In 1998, the band recorded a demo, titled ''Extreme Evolution Trauma''. In 2000, they signed with Necropolis Records. In 2001, they released their debut studio album ''Proclaiming Vengeance'' on Necropolis. The albums ''Abyss of Hypocrisy'' and ''Blemished Redemption'' followed in 2004 and 2006 respectively. Porto Alegre (, , Brazilian ; ) is the capital and largest city of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. Its population of 1,488,252 inhabitants (2020) makes it the List of largest cities in Brazil, twelfth most populous city in the country and the center of Brazil's List of metropolitan areas in Brazil, fifth largest metropolitan area, with 4,405,760 inhabitants (2010).
