Melisa "Melai" Bunayog Cantiveros Francisco (; born April 6, 1988) is a Filipino actress, comedian, and host. She came to prominence in 2009, after winning '' Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up''. In 2015, she won the first season of the Filipino version of ''Your Face Sounds Familiar''. She is currently one of ABS-CBN's contract talents. She currently hosts a morning talk show, ''Magandang Buhay'', alongside Karla Estrada who left in 2022 and Jolina Magdangal. Personal life Melai Cantiveros was born in General Santos, Philippines, to Dionisio and Virginia Cantiveros. She is the third of four siblings and the only daughter. Eugenio Romerica Abunda Jr. (; born October 29, 1960), popularly known as Boy Abunda, is a Filipino professor, television host, publicist and talent manager. Early life and education Boy Abunda was born as Eugenio Romerica Abunda Jr. in Borongan. He attended Ateneo de Manila University, where he took up Business Management. The first season of '' Your Face Sounds Familiar'' was a singing and impersonation competition for celebrities and was based on the Spanish version of the same name. It aired on March 14, 2015 in ABS-CBN and ended on June 7, 2015. It was hosted by Billy Crawford; Jed Madela, Gary Valenciano, and Sharon Cuneta served as the show's judges. After 13 weeks, Melai Cantiveros emerged as the winner after garnering 51.93% of the public's votes.
