Meibrys John Viloria Oquendo (born February 15, 1997) is a Colombian professional baseball catcher in the Cleveland Guardians organization. He was the 2016 Pioneer League MVP. He has previously played in MLB for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. Career Kansas City Royals Viloria signed with the Kansas City Royals as an international free agent in July 2013. He made his professional debut in 2014, and played for both the Burlington Royals and the DSL Royals, batting a combined .278/.380/.417 in 151 at bats with three home runs and 25 RBIs in 46 combined games. He spent 2015 back with Burlington, where he batted .260/.335/.360 in 150 at bats with 16 RBIs in 45 games. In 2016, he played for the Idaho Falls Chukars where he had a breakout season. Omaha Storm Chasers
The Omaha Storm Chasers are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. They are located in Papillion, Nebraska, a suburb southwest of Omaha, and play their home games at Werner Park, which opened in 2011. The team previously played at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium from 1969 to 2010. Omaha has been the only Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals since their inception in the 1969 Major League Baseball expansion. Andrew Gregory Strotman (born September 3, 1996) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Houston Astros organization. Strotman attended Homestead High School in Cupertino, California. In 2014, his senior year, he went 6–3 with a 0.54 ERA. He was not drafted out of high school, and enrolled at Saint Mary's College of California, where he played college baseball. Career In 2015, Strotman's freshman year at Saint Mary's, he pitched innings, going 2–3 with an 8.57 ERA. The Round Rock Express are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and the Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. They are located in Round Rock, Texas, and play their home games at the Dell Diamond. The team is named for Baseball Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan, who was nicknamed "The Ryan Express." The 2020 Kansas City Royals season was the 52nd season for the franchise, and their 48th at Kauffman Stadium. The 2020 season was the first under new owner John Sherman, whose purchase of the team was approved by the MLB on November 21, 2019. It was also the first season under manager Mike Matheny, replacing Ned Yost after having a nine-season tenure.
