Danthala Venkata Meher Baba
Danthala Venkata Meher Baba is a former Indian cricketer. He represented Andhra Pradesh in the Ranji Trophy from 1971 to 1989, he also represented the Hyderabad Ranji Trophy Team in 1978. He was a left-hand batsman and left-arm spinner with 16-year first-class career spanning from 1970 to 1987. He made 2649 runs, with a highest of 134 not out against Goa, He also scored 20 half centuries and took 173 wickets with his slow left arm orthodox bowling with five for 32 being the best bowling figures, he had a total of five five-wicket hauls. Sadhu Meher
Sadhu Meher (born in Odisha, India) is an Indian actor, director, and producer. He has performed in both Odia and Hindi films. He primarily began his career in Hindi films such as ''Bhuvan Shome'', '' Ankur'' and '' Mrigaya''. Later on shifted his interest towards Odia films. He is one of the actors who gained prominence in Parallel Cinema in the mid-1980s. He also acted in '' Byomkesh Bakshi'' in the episodes "Aadim Shatru (Part 1 & 2)" and "Chakrant" as Anadi Haldar and Bishupal respectively. He won a National Film Award for Best Actor for '' Ankur''. Yazata
Yazata ( ae, 𐬫𐬀𐬰𐬀𐬙𐬀) is the Avestan word for a Zoroastrian concept with a wide range of meanings but generally signifying (or used as an epithet of) a divinity. The term literally means "worthy of worship or veneration",.. and is thus, in this more general sense, also applied to certain healing plants, primordial creatures, the ''fravashis'' of the dead, and to certain prayers that are themselves considered holy. The ''yazata''s collectively are "the good powers under Ahura Mazda", who is "the greatest of the ''yazata''s".. In Islam, a mahr (in ar, مهر; fa, مهريه; tr, mehir; sw, mahari; also transliterated ''mehr'', ''meher'', ''mehrieh'', or ''mahriyeh'') is the obligation, in the form of money or possessions paid by the groom, to the bride at the time of Islamic marriage (payment also has circumstances on when and how to pay). While the ''mahr'' is often money, it can also be anything agreed upon by the bride such as jewelry, home goods, furniture, a dwelling or some land. Mahr is typically specified in the marriage contract signed upon marriage. Meherabad (''meher'' meaning "friend" from Iranian "Mihir", ultimately from Old Persian "Mithra"; ''abad'' meaning a prosperous settlement, or a flourishing colony) was originally an ashram established by Meher Baba near Arangaon village, India in 1923 about south of Ahmednagar. Meher Baba (born Merwan Sheriar Irani; 25 February 1894 – 31 January 1969) was an Indian spiritual master who said he was the Avatar, or God in human form, of the age. A major spiritual figure of the 20th century, he had a following of hundreds of thousands of people, mostly in India, but with a significant number in the United States, Europe and Australia. Meher Baba's map of consciousness has been described as "a unique amalgam of Sufi, Vedic, and Yogic terminology". ''Meher'' is an Indian Hindi television Soap opera which aired on DD National from 3 January 2004 to 27 January 2006. Plot The story revolves around Meher and Irfan's difficulty as they attempt a loving relationship. But Meher's bhabhi Billkis is jealous of Meher. She separates Meher and Irfan. Irfan marries Naseem and Meher marries Shezad. Later, Meher gets a chance to rejoin Irfan. At that time Rukshana, the family foe, enters Meher's life. She has dark past: She stole Meher's twin sister Shabana and raised her according to her evil wishes. She uses Shabana as a pawn. Then, Shabana destroys Meher's marital life by killing Irfan.
